Hart of New York Collaboration

This April, Deux Luxe launches the Hart of New York Burger, and in-store collaboration with Shannon and Josh Hart, a New York Knicks family, in line with the 2026 Playoff season.

 Rooted in a shared love for New York’s dynamic food culture, the collaboration reflects the couple’s personal tastes while celebrating quintessentially New York culinary influences. 

The collaboration includes two distinct burgers, each inspired by the Harts’ individual tastes and interpretations of New York dining. Josh Hart’s burger reimagines the classic bodega staple with a refined edge: a wagyu beef patty layered with a fried egg, crispy hash brown, bacon, cheddar cheese, and a signature ketchup and garlic aioli. Shannon Hart’s burger draws from her love of  elevated, fine dining flavors, pairing wagyu beef with gruyère cheese, black truffle aioli, and freshly shaved black truffle for a more indulgent twist on the city’s burger culture. As part of the collaboration, guests can snag a deal by ordering the Twin Combo that offers both burgers together in a playful nod to the couple’s twin sons, Hendrix and Haze.

In addition, proceeds from the collaboration will benefit Second Round Foundation, fellow New York Knicks player Jalen Brunson’s non-profit organization, whose mission is to "plant seeds to create equity for young people through education, sport, and community."
